Our Kid-Friendly Privacy Notice is written for learners at the third-grade level. It displays in our app to them when they login. We encourage you to discuss it with students.

For Schools and Organizations

Schools and Organizations, and their associated Educators, engage with us under our Entity Terms of Service. For tailored agreements, please review our required terms before sending your document.

As proud members of the Student Data Privacy Alliance (SDPA), we invite districts to contact us to use an alliance agreement. Our membership allows you to use the NDPA with us even if the your district is not part of the alliance.

Our Marketing Privacy Notice may be relevant depending on how you contacted us. Please incorporate these documents into any custom data protection agreement you send us. Covered Entities may contact us to sign a Business Associates Agreement (BAA).
