Usage:
1. This document has attachments that list the data elements we collect about students and adult users. These are our disclosures about the data we collect.
2. This document contains the information you need to send us a Data Privacy Agreement, including an NDPA Version 2.0 Agreement. If you are a member of the Student Data Privacy Alliance, you can find our existing agreements here. We encourage use of Exhibit E where a master agreement exists for a state.
3. We encourage parties who are not members of the NDPA to use the attached Exhibits as part of their contracting process.
